What should I bring?
Some water and comfortable sports clothes as it is a physical class.
Do I need my own Sabers?
No we provide all the sabers needed for the class.
Is there parking?
Parking is available at Crossgates Shopping Centre across the road from the venue
How old must I be to take part?
Anyone above the age 14 is welcome to come along.
